We were all able to return home safely. We had a truly wonderful experience. Wooty taught us about consumption, waste, and investment. Right now, we are in a state of consumption. Even after returning to Japan, whether this experience becomes an investment depends on how we act to cherish the relationships we built in Australia. Let's actively prepare for the cultural festival and our studies after the program, and turn our experiences into an investment! Thank you to everyone in Australia, the teachers who supported us, and our parents who gave us this valuable experience. （Rui）

私たちは全員、無事に帰国することができました。本当に素晴らしい経験ができました。Wootyさんは私たちに「消費」「浪費」「投資」について教えてくれました。今の私たちは、まだ（思い出を楽しんでいる）「消費」の状態です。日本に帰ってからも、オーストラリアで築いた人間関係を大切にし、これからどう行動するかによって、この経験を「投資」に変えられるかが決まります。文化祭の準備や帰国後の学習に主体的に取り組み、これを（将来への）「投資」にしていきましょう！オーストラリアで出会った皆さん、サポートしてくださった先生方、そしてこんなにも貴重な経験をさせてくれた保護者の皆さんに、心から感謝いたします。

今日はオーストラリア滞在の最終日でした。

授業はありませんでしたが、とても充実した1日となりました。午前中は The Lakes College 近くの湖で個人ミッションに取り組み、ランチを食べました。午後は Westfield でショッピングを楽しみました。みんな友達と過ごす最後の1日を満喫していました。

オーストラリアでの時間がこれほどあっという間に過ぎ、もう最終日になってしまったことが信じられないくらいです。ですが、ここで得た経験をこれからの学校生活にしっかり活かしていきたいと思います。また、このような素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができたのは家族や先生方のおかげであることを忘れず、常に感謝の気持ちを持ち続けたいです。

Today was our final day in Australia.

Although we didn't have classes, it was a fulfilling day. In the morning, we tackled individual missions at a lake near The Lakes College and had lunch. In the afternoon, we went shopping at Westfield. Everyone enjoyed spending this last day with their friends.

I can hardly believe that our time in Australia has flown by so quickly and that it is already our final day. However, I intend to make the most of the experiences I’ve gained here in my future school life. I also want to always remember my gratitude to my family and teachers, who made this wonderful time possible.　（Yui）

今日はオーストラリアでの最後の日でした。

午前中はレイク・エデン（エデン湖）へ行きました。これまでのプログラムを振り返り、思い出を語り合いました。その後、それぞれのミッションを達成しながら公園の周りを散歩しました。私のミッションは「参加者全員と写真を撮ること」でした。先生方を含め、全員と写真を撮ることができ、とても良い思い出になりました。

午後はショッピングに行きました。たくさんのお土産を買い、オーストラリアでの最終日を心から楽しみました。一生忘れることのない、本当に素晴らしい経験となりました！

Today was our last day in Australia.

In the morning, we went to Lake Eden. We looked back on the program and shared our memories. After that, we walked around the park while completing our individual missions. My mission was to take a photo with every participant. I was able to take photos with everyone, including our teachers, which became a wonderful memory for me.

In the afternoon, we went shopping. I bought a lot of souvenirs and really enjoyed our last day in Australia. It was a wonderful experience that I will never forget! (Saki)

『第27回高校生国際美術展（美術・立体部門）』において、本校美術部2年の小串真央さんの作品『Reborn』が奨励賞を受賞しました。

同作品は、一次写真審査を県内で唯一通過し、二次審査においても高い評価を受けました。

小串さんは、「臆病なアルマジロがミラーボールのように輝き、前向きに生まれ変わる姿を表現した」と作品に込めた思いを語っています。また、鏡を一枚一枚加工して貼り付ける作業に苦労しながらも、作品が評価されたことへの喜びと、支えてくれた先生方や仲間への感謝の気持ちを述べていました。

なお、奨励賞以上の受賞作品は、8月5日から8月16日まで国立新美術館に展示されます。

小串さんのさらなる活躍を期待するとともに、今後も本校美術部への温かいご声援をよろしくお願いいたします。

Today was our last day at Lakes College.

We cherished our final classes and the conversations with our buddies.

We expressed our gratitude for everything, especially through the letters we wrote to them.

I'm going to miss my friends so much, but I'd be thrilled if we could meet again someday—whether in Japan or Australia!

I want to keep studying English back in Japan so we can catch up properly next time! （Tamaki）

今日がレイクス・カレッジでの最後の日でした。

最後の授業や、バディたちとの会話の一つひとつを大切に過ごしました。

感謝の気持ちを込めて書いた手紙をはじめ、これまでのお礼を伝えました。

友達と別れるのは本当に寂しいですが、日本でもオーストラリアでも、いつかまた再会できたら最高に嬉しいです！

次に会ったときにしっかり近況を語り合えるよう、日本に帰ってからも英語の勉強を続けたいと思います！

今日もザ・レイクス・カレッジへ行きました。

今日は社会、体育、それからESLの授業がありました。社会の授業の後、教会で集会がありました。私たちは英語でいくつか質問に答えました。この学校の生徒たちは、時々礼拝のために教会に集まるのだと知りました。私たちの学校にはそういった文化（習慣）がないので、とても興味深かったです。

明日はザ・レイクス・カレッジで過ごす最後の日になるので、友達との時間を思い切り楽しみたいと思います！

We went to The Lakes College again today.

I had humanities, physical education, and ESL. After the humanities class, we had a meeting in the church. We answered some questions in English. I learned that the students of the school sometimes gather in the church to worship. It was interesting to me because we don’t have that kind of culture in our school.

Tomorrow is the last day we spend at The Lakes College, so we want to enjoy our time with our friends! (Rio)
